There are a few different reasons why I never sell FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) on Amazon. First and foremost, Amazon is a complicated and competitive environment, and FBM sellers often struggle to get their product to the Buy Box. It is ultimately much easier to sell a product this way, but not always practical. With FBM there is also less control over the product, as you are essentially dealing with a third party rather than dealing directly with Amazon. Furthermore, with FBM you must also be meticulous in regards to fulfilling orders, as Amazon requires accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment. For me, the risks associated with FBM often outweigh the potential gain.
