How to sync Daily Summaries from Shopify and Stripe into QuickBooks Online with Synder

  1. Install the Synder App to QuickBooks Online: Log into QuickBooks Online and access the App Store. Locate Synder and install it.

  2. Once Synder is installed in QuickBooks Online, use the integration wizard to connect Shopify and Stripe to QuickBooks. Login to both accounts and follow the instructions provided.

  3. Select the synchronization option for Daily Summaries for Shopify and Stripe.

  4. Setup the Sync Settings: Set the sync frequency (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), select the QuickBooks account where the transactions should be recorded, and select the type of transactions to sync (e.g. all, payouts, refunds, etc.)

  5. Test the Sync: Use the test sync functionality to visually inspect the transactions that will be synchronized from Shopify and Stripe into QuickBooks Online.
