Step 1: Log in to your Shopify account and click on “Gift Cards” in the left hand sidebar.

Step 2: Click “Create Gift Card”

Step 3: Select the “Code Type” you would like to issue; either single-use or multiple-use.

Step 4: Select the “Currency” and “Amount”.

Step 5: Now you are ready to issue the gift card. Enter the recipient’s email address or name and provide a personal message if you like.

Step 6: Click “Create Gift Card” to issue the gift card.

Step 7: If a single-use code is selected, an email will be sent to the recipient containing a unique gift card code and the custom message you provided. If a multiple-use code is selected, you will be shown the code along with instructions on how to circulate the code.
