How to Connect Fbmfox to Shopify

Visit https://apps.shopify.com/fbmfox-facebook-messenger-retargeting and click ‘Add App’ to install Fbmfox.
Log in to your Shopify store and install Fbmfox.
Once the app is installed, you’ll be guided through the set-up process.
You will then be asked to provide access to Facebook Pages, AdsAccounts and Pixel. Click on ‘Allow Access’ and enter the credentials of your Facebook AdsManager or Business Manager account.
Once you have done this, you will be taken to the Home page of Fbmfox. You can then select the page that you wish to connect and click on the ‘Connect’ button.
You are now able to set up your remarketing campaigns and start sending messages to customers and potential customers.
To track customer activity, you can also choose to add an event tracking code to your Shopify store. This will give you valuable insights on customer behavior, so you can optimize your campaigns.
You can now start using Fbmfox to interact with your customers, drive sales and build relationships.
