The WEU Winter Tour Division II in 2023 will be organized according to the latest rules and regulations set out by the West European Union (WEU) and its Council. The tournament is open to all National Federations eligible to participate in European events and will feature players in the U17 and U18 age groups.

The tournament will be played out as a double round robin format with all teams playing each other twice. The top four teams from this round robin will advance to the knock-out stages in which two semi-finals and a final will be played to decide the overall champion.

The tournament will be held in different locations throughout the continent and it is anticipated that the organization and hosting of the tournament will commence in late 2023. The exact details of the locations, dates and matches are yet to be announced.
